In this hands-on class we start from the beginning with learning the fastest, and safest, ways to chop, dice, & mince, julienne & chiffonade ingredients that we turn into dinner dishes

Class is from 4:30pm to 7:30pm and includes dinner as part of the class. You are welcome to BYO with dinner.
